Combine yeast and warm water
In a bowl combine yeast mixture, melted margarine, egg, milk,sugar, milk,and salt then mix together
Combine flour until it becomes doughy
Take the dough out of the bowl and start kneading it. Add flour if it is sticking and then continue to knead
Slowly start kneading chocolate chips into the dough
Put the dough in a ziploc bag and let dough rise from 8-12 hours on a countertop. For faster results put the dough in a oven that is off and leave there for about 45 minutes.
After the dough has risen, spray baking sheet with nonstick spray or wipe oil on sheet, then start shaping the dough into little balls and place them on the baking sheet about 1 inch apart
Then put the sheet into oven at 375 degrees for 20 minutes
After 20 minutes check the scones and see if they are not doughy if they are put back in for a few minutes until done then let cool for 3 minutes and then enjoy!
