Bash up biscuits into small pieces but not too fine.

Microwave butter for around 50 seconds or until mostly melted.

Whilst butter is melting rub extra butter (or just the wrapper the butter was on) on to a large-ish tart dish.

Mix the crumbs and butter together and press it down into the tart case making sure it goes up a bit at the sides.

Put the crumb base in the fridge to cool down while you make the filling.

Whip together the cream cheese and condensed milk until the mixture is smooth.

Put in with the filling, the zest and juice of a lemon.

Fold in four of the five passion fruits into the mix.

Take the case out of the fridge and gently spoon in the mixture.

Smooth over the top and place it in the fridge for 30 minutes minimum.

Decorate with the last passion fruit and frozen berries (optional), enjoy!
