Raw cane sugar has large crystals which forms a nice crunch when baked. Broil until sugar melts and just begins to turn brown.
Preheat the broiler. Using a heatproof ramekin, layer all the ingredients beginning with the fruit on the bottom, then the yogurt and cream. Sprinkle the sugar on the top. Broil for 4-5 minutes.
