Put a dot of crystal lacquer in your bottle cap

Put your paper circle on the bottle cap, and press down to spread out the lacquer. Let dry for 5-10 minutes.

Put 5-10 small random dots of lacquer on your paper.

Place mini rhinestones on each of your glue dots. Tweezers help, but are not mandatory.

Rhinestoned paper. Let the lacquer dry for at least 5 minutes before continuing.

Add a layer of crystal lacquer to your bottle cap. Now you will have to wait anywhere from 2-24 hours for your bottle cap to dry. Find something fun and crafty to do while you are waiting.

Add a small dot of glue to the bottom of your bottle cap.

Put your magnet on, and let dry at least 1 hour. Be careful when putting on the magnet, as it will want to stick to the bottle cap and splatter glue everywhere.

Your finished magnet! Use it to add beauty and organization to your life.
